workaround for Firewall / Steam problems

Update: Have times changed the DHCP range somewhat (now starts at 192.168.1.2) In the past, have repeatedly reported User that is in the server browser from Steam a lot less than that found in servers * The use of other DSL routers. Riddik and zid at dieSchmids have now found the cause of this problem and developed a workaround. Specifically

Here you have to change the IP router and DHCP configuration (see picture).

  You should see the server list in Steam to be full of a lot:) Well
  possible that this setting also solves other problems with the Pirelli Router - I think of as PS3 games and Torrent / eMule.
